Rooted in the Greek concept of Arete — the pursuit of one’s highest potential — and inspired by the spirit of an Odyssey, we guide learners, educators, and professionals through transformative coaching and training experiences.

Ambily Antony, the founder of Arete Odyssey, is an ICF-certified coach seasoned and inspiring leader with 18 years of experience in the automotive embedded industry. Passionate about leadership development, mentoring, and coaching, she specializes in guiding emerging leaders, professionals and graduate students to build essential skills for success.
With a strong background in Project management, Leadership skills, Problem resolution and communication, she is committed to empowering individuals to unlock their full potential through structured coaching, training, and mentoring programs
